Ticehurst Yards History

Ticehurst Farm was purchased in 1959 by Alan and Diane Bauly and they moved in with two young daughters, Jane (1year and 10 months) and Sara (just 7 months old). It was a small mixed arable and stock farm and they often diversified – turkeys for Christmas, pigs, chickens for eggs and so on. Michael was then born in 1962.
